Hello everyone, welcome to the Collab Calendar for May! These are all the Collabs that are being hosted on the NGAP Collab Center Discord Server. We’ll be covering the ones that have a concrete deadline, the ones that don’t or are more loose with their deadlines, and the ones that have been published this month!

Collabs with Deadlines:

NGAP Terraria Remix Collab (Hosted by @andrewcr): An honest to goodness “says what it does on the tin” collab. Collaborators are tasked with remixing the various tracks in the hit game Terraria! There are no genre restrictions so be as creative as you like, just don’t sample the OG tracks or copy them one to one. Submissions Due Tomorrow!

VGA Y2K Collab (Hosted by @aalasteir): This collab is for NGs first low-poly day! Collaborator’s song must have a Y2K Video Game/Electronic theme to it and have the track be 1 to 7 minutes long. This is sure to be a vibe, even has its own little mascot, so look into it if you’re interested! The Collab ends June 3rd! Check the BBS post to learn more

NGAP Pride Collab (Hosted by @CrimsonKero): To celebrate Pride Month, Crimson is hosting a Pride theme collab that welcomes anyone to join, even if they aren't apart of the LGBTQ+ (if they’re respectful). It’s left open on how a collaborator wants their submission to sound, either by paying tribute to a LGBTQ+ musician they like or by making a piece based on their own experiences. Make sure your submission is at least 1 minute long- Collab ends June 25th!

HI-TECHGROUNDS (Hosted by @rejd): This collab is all about hi-tech fusion and techcore tracks! Tracks can be a minimum of 2 minutes but as long as you want, if you’re not familiar with the genre, Redj recommends taking a look at his playlist to get inspiration from! Submissions should be finished by July 26th!

Lil Loops Community Circuit (Hosted by @masterhand4444): MH4’s InJULY Collaborative Album Project is making a Royalty-Free album composed of instrumental loops for people to use freely in their projects! There’s a limited amount of spots left, so talk to MH4 to claim yours now! Please read the BBS post to learn more if interested. Sign up by June 27th; Submissions due by July 11th!

Simply House ‘N Garage (Hosted by @aedis-syopeen): Need a House Music fix? Maybe you want to make some garage music? Well, this might surprise you… but this collab might have what you’re looking for! No remixes are allowed and songs must be 2:30 to 6 minutes long, so get it going! If you need inspiration, ArikXu (aedis-syopeen) has linked his playlist to help you get started. Submissions due by August 1st!

Collabs without Deadlines:

Slowly but Surely (Hosted by @Shletty): One big continuous track that slowly gets faster and faster over the course of its run, starting at 50 bpm and only going up from there. Each song needs to: increase the tempo by 10 within the runtime, be 32 bars long, and in the key of D to help with transitions. The Collab has no concrete deadline, Join the server to learn more!

Hellish Dealings Audio Drama (Hosted by @Ferstofus): Hellish Dealings is a short audio drama written by Ferstofus, and looks to be a fun time with its own OST planned to be created! some of the voice acting talent couldn’t send in lines on time, so Ferstofus is looking for new talent! Project deadline is now the end of June!

Undertale Remix Collab (Hosted by @bostonangel): This collab is looking to remix the ENTIRE Undertale soundtrack and have it done in time for the game’s 10th anniversary (it’s been 10 years already???) This is quite the undertaking, so join the server and check which songs are open through the pinned comments, and talk to BostonAngel! Submissions should be finished by September!
