Hello everyone, welcome to the Collab Calendar for July! These are all the Collabs that are being hosted on the NGAP Collab Center Discord Server. We’ll be covering the ones that have a concrete deadline, the ones that don’t or are more loose with their deadlines, and the ones that have published this month!

Collabs with Deadlines:

HI-TECHGROUNDS (Hosted by @rejd): This collab is all about hi-tech fusion and techcore tracks! Tracks can be a minimum of 2 minutes but as long as you want, if you’re not familiar with the genre, Rejd recommends taking a look at his playlist to get inspiration from! Submissions should be finished by September 26th!

Simply House ‘N Garage (Hosted by @aedis-syopeen): Need a House Music fix? Maybe you want to make some garage music? Well, this might surprise you… but this collab might have what you’re looking for! No remixes are allowed and songs must be 2:30 to 6 minutes long, so get it going! If you need inspiration, ArikXu (aedis-syopeen) has linked his playlist to help you get started. Submissions due by August 4th!

NGAP Megacollab 2 (Hosted by @chipsqueek): A sequel to last year’s megacollab, hosted by @3manonmusic last time, is here with chipsqueek at the helm! The megacollab is all about making a non-stop track made by the many musicians on the Audio Portal. This time around chipsqueek is aiming for a more “freeform” style, only really being strict on the fact that you yourself have to make your music. Read more about it on the BBS Post linked here! Collab will end July 28th 2026

Collabs without Deadlines:

NGAP Terraria Remix Collab (Hosted by @andrewcr): An honest to goodness “says what it does on the tin” collab. Collaborators are tasked with remixing the various tracks in the hit game Terraria! There are no genre restrictions so be as creative as you like, just don’t sample the OG tracks or copy them one to one. Seems to be in Release Limbo…

Slowly but Surely (Hosted by @Shletty): One big continuous track that slowly gets faster and faster over the course of its run, starting at 50 bpm and only going up from there. Each song needs to: increase the tempo by 10 within the runtime, be 32 bars long, and in the key of D to help with transitions. Slots filled up, waiting on people to finish!

Hellish Dealings Audio Drama (Hosted by @Ferstofus): Hellish Dealings is a short audio drama written by Ferstofus, and looks to be a fun time with its own ost planned to be created! some of the voice acting talent couldn’t send in lines on time, so Ferstofus is looking for new talent! Project actively being developed!

Undertale Remix Collab (Hosted by @bostonangel): This collab is looking to remix the ENTIRE Undertale soundtrack and have it done in time for the game’s 10th anniversary (it’s been 10 years already???) This is quite the undertaking, so join the server and check which songs are open through the pinned comments, and talk to BostonAngel! Submissions should be finished by September!

Remix Roulette (Hosted by @yawnmorning): An even amount of people team up into teams of two and remix each other's songs. “So person a remixes a song from person b and person b remixes a track by person a, then they can make a track together” -yawnmorning. Deadlines will not be put in place unless people don’t submit tracks!

Jack the Box 2.0: Rize of the Machines (Hosted by @DJChidow): Jack the Box was a House-Music Collab that was mixed as a live DJ set by the host, DJ Chidow. This collab is a similar story but with Techno music instead of house. Check the NGAPCC Server for more details, DJ Chidow has laid out all the rules and genres he’ll be accepting. The estimated deadline is Winter 2025!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (Hosted by @99poly): The idea is simple: take a song you put out in the past and remake, remix, do whatever and breathe new life into the song! Length of the submission should be between 1 and 5 minutes. The deadline is September 2025!

The Daredevil’s Challenge (Hosted by @CrimsonKero): Collaborators sign up for a queue, and dare each other to make songs with a twist of their choosing. Once a collaborator has been dared and they finish the song, they have to dare another person in the queue. The cycle continues from there until everyone in the queue has made a song! Collab will end when the queue is empty!
